Our Liverpool Bullet fabric is a polyester/spandex combination. It is a super-soft, stretchy waffle texture bullet fabric ideal for baby headbands, bummies, hairbows, and scrunchies.
4-way stretch, 95% poly/ 5% spandex, 230gsm, Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron only.
