Shipping policy

Turnaround time to process and ship orders is currently 10-15 business days.  Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, and Federal/Personal Holidays.  Some products may be oversold on our website, if this is the case, we will contact you before shipping your order to coordinate a replacement for the oversold product.  

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, once we drop off the package at the postal carrier, it is outside of our control. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier,  all packages will be sent insured, if you have any issues please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with claims to the postal carrier. 

Please be aware of our turn around time, by submitting your order you accept our stated TAT, order cancellations are not accepted.
